Bert Boykin joined the firm in 2018 and has a diverse legal background.

Mr. Boykin has experience in land use disputes, zoning, construction development and disputes, subdivision regulations, variances, contract rights, leasing, trespass, nuisance, estate planning, the probating of wills and administrations, business litigation, as well as many other areas.

Bert Boykin has represented clients throughout his home state of Alabama. His focus is always achieving client goals through the correct application of the law and common sense.

Bert is a product of Scottsboro, Alabama. He received his B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama and his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law.
